Emergency maintenance

Emergency maintenance issues during office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) can be reported directly to the Property Management team.

After hours emergency maintenance requirements should be reported to Urban Communities on (03) 9371 2000. Our after hours service links you with contracted maintenance services that will respond to your emergency call.
