All maintenance issues must be reported in writing to the Urban Communities office.

Please use our Maintenance Form and send us the completed form via email, fax or post. You can also bring your completed form to our office at 42 Derby Street, Kensington 3031.

Emergency maintenance requirements during office hours can be reported directly to the Property Management team. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

After-hours emergency maintenance requirements should be directed to Urban Communities on (03) 9371 2000. An after-hours answering service provides details of our contracted maintenance services who can respond to an emergency call.
