Emergency maintenance requirements during office hours can be reported directly to the Property Management team. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
After-hours emergency maintenance requirements should be directed to Urban Communities on (03) 9371 2000. An after-hours answering service provides details of our contracted maintenance services who can respond to an emergency call.
