We make sure the community is kept up to date with construction projects in their neighbourhood.
Our Asset Management team are supporters of community building initiatives, work closely with developers to ensure minimum disruption to community life and keep the community up to date with any construction or asset management activities in Kensington.
Residents are kept up to date with construction projects via Project Alerts posted on information access points and posted through each resident’s letter box.
Community committees also ensure residents know about construction works.
