Our Community Plan outlines our priorities and outcomes and ensures Urban Communities is accountable to the community. It is developed in partnership with the community.

We partner organisations with shared values to develop and deliver initiatives that respond to local need. Our partnerships help to leverage additional investment and resources for the community's benefit.  We also engage, support and involve residents in planning and projects to increase community skills and ownership.
